To management jobs organization,we need management and also person in charged called manager. Management is a process to plan, organize, lead and control work of organizational member and use all organizational resource to reach organizational target which have been specified. Existing activity in company or organization for example covering activity of marketing, production, personnel, monetary and financial administration. Someone who is in charged in the activity referred as by manager.
So, manager is one who is has a responsibility to instruct effort with aim to assist business management jobs in reaching its target. All managers have same responsibility either informal or formal. Management process is conducted together by supervisor, middle management and top management. Supervisor has a responsibility for certain unit operation, fundamental duty of them reside in at observation process, organization and planning. Middle management relates to duties integrate and also planning, organizational, and observation process.
Top management has more responsibility in planning process and organization and also do a little supervisor.
