According to Robert Kiyosaki, there are 3 principles that every person should have to be success. A desire to Progress / Success, Knowledge, Skill and Action. Those three principles above must be continuously on each other. Suppose you have a strong desire to progress / success, but if you do not have the knowledge in your field … then of course it will be difficult to carry it on.
