Marketing Management is an integrated communications process that aims to provide information about goods or services in connection with satisfying human needs and desires.
Marketing begins with the fulfillment of human needs which later grew into human desire. For example, a person needs water to meet the needs of thirst. If there is a glass of water then his thirst needs will be fulfilled. But man does not just want to satisfy their needs but also wants to fulfill his desires such as a glass of Aqua water that is clean and easy to carry. So this man chooses a bottle of Aqua that is suitable with the requirements of thirst and also suitable with his desire which is easy to carry.
The process of fulfilling human needs and desires which is then becomes a concept of marketing. Starting from the fulfillment of the product, pricing (price), freight (place), and promoting goods (promotion). Someone who works in the field of marketing is called marketer.
These marketers should have knowledge about concepts and principles of marketing so that marketing activities can be achieved in accordance with the needs and desires of humans, especially for the targeted consumers.
