The Real Risk & Psychological Risk for Becoming A Businessman

professional businessBasically there are two risks that are faced by the entrepreneurs when they are having the opportunity to develop their business. Both these risks are:
Real risk is the risk that can be seen, can be calculated, can be anticipated and avoided. Included in these risks are:

o Loss of the capital either that has been planted and will be invested into the company

o Loss of the opportunity to make a profit, at present or in the future

o Loss of income to provide the daily needs

o Loss of control over the power which he had all this time (decision-making) because there is a changing from family business style into a professional business style.

Psychological risk is the risk that is not visible, can not be calculated, can be anticipated, but not necessarily inevitable. Included in these risks are:

• Loss of reputation (lost the face, a big name, image, etc.) and ashamed

• Loss of trust – to yourself and others (Being paranoid or blind-dependency)

• Loss the sense of “potent” or capable that would cause a loss of confidence

• Loss of identity (particularly for those who already assume the existence of the company as his own existence)

• Loss the motivation to struggle
