There are 2 things that can not be divided in business activities, which are the seller and the buyer that interact to each other. Whatever the type of our business, whether services or trading, it can not be separated from these two elements. In our opinion, an effort to keeping the customers is much more difficult than getting new customers. Every business activities will be trying to maintain the customer with many ways so that the customer does not move to other products.

Let us look at the bank, each banks competing with other banks to provide best services to its customers. Start by opening the door, then saying good morning sir, ma’am, and friendly faces with smiling from the staffs to offer other assistance. Then we look at car dealership companies that provide services, started by opening the door with a friendly face from the customer service, provided various explanations about a product that he sold, giving regards and to escort the customer to the entrance door when the customer is leaving.

By that kind of tricks, they attempt to win the heart of the customer to become a partnership. If you want to survive, that’s the demands.
