The Real Risk & Psychological Risk for Becoming A Businessman

Basically there are two risks that are faced by the entrepreneurs when they are having the opportunity to develop their business. Both these risks are:
Real risk is the risk that can be seen, can be calculated, can be anticipated and avoided. Included in these risks are:
o Loss of the capital either that has been planted and will be invested into the company
o Loss of the opportunity to make a profit, at present or in the future
o Loss of income to provide the daily needs
o Loss of control over the power which he had all this time (decision-making) because there is a changing from family business style into a professional business style.
Starting A Flower Business

An idea of business that may already known by the people is the business of ornamental flowers. Usually the demands of ornamental flowers are quite high and you can start this business, even in the courtyard that can be used as a Flower Store. For a start you may require ornamental plant seeds, and perhaps you should raise them up while learning to look after them with diligence. After waiting for several months, the plants will be growing and ready to sell.
Online Business

Online business actually is very wide. So, this is not a specific field. At least there are some of online business field which is usually used for: Selling products / membership, sell advertising space (publisher), and Affiliate. Especially for affiliate, basically is selling product as well. But in this case I ignore it because I want to distinguish between product seller and marketer. The seller is the owner of the product itself, while marketer is a person who works with the seller to sell the products.

Generally, closer relatives and friends who became the prospective partner before considering other parties, such as several types of financial institutions like banks. The choice of partners has its own risks. Greater risk that must be faced when partnered with a close friend is that friendship is at stake for business. Lots of business decisions that must be made with high professionalism and cause the friendship can be finish or even broken.
