Review which is done periodically can be recorded for reference before year-end performance assessment is held. It is to avoid hasty action, or more accurately, blindly attempt to compile data that supports general reviews. As seen from the side of the company’s financial and marketing strength, the things that have to do is to buy a competitor or their assets and then increase marketing costs.
