Although the online store does not serve consumers directly face to face, but the service should provide the same satisfaction to the consumers, for example, by providing an online chat facility or call center. The number of fraud cases on the internet making consumers does not easily believe bargaining through internet.

To maintain consumer’s trust, you should attach an email address, telephone number and complete address so that consumers can check the information about your products. It also can be used as a proof that your online store really delivers the goods that have been booked.
