There is adage says that the costumer is a king. That adage is still relevant to recent situations or even become a universal thing. The seller will not be able to sell if there are no customers, on the contrary costumers also will not be able to meet all their needs if there are no sellers.

According to us, an effort for keeping costumers is much more difficult than getting new customers. Every business activities are competing for keeping their costumer with many ways so that their costumer does not move to other competitor. Marketing begins with the fulfillment of human needs which later grew into human desire. For example, a person needs water to meet the needs of thirst.
