Working Plan
Review which is done periodically can be recorded for reference before year-end performance assessment is held. It is to avoid hasty action, or more accurately, blindly attempt to compile data that supports general reviews. Because the data are available, both parties may not be subjective and give impressions or general statements which will inevitably evoke emotional reaction. There is no clear working plan. If the purpose of performance assessment is planning for future performance, it is not possible discussions will fail to arrange working plan.
