Keeping The Customers

There are 2 things that can not be divided in business activities, which are the seller and the buyer that interact to each other. Whatever the type of our business, whether services or trading, it can not be separated from these two elements. In our opinion, an effort to keeping the customers is much more difficult than getting new customers. Every business activities will be trying to maintain the customer with many ways so that the customer does not move to other products.
Salesman And His Strategy

Most important requirement for a salesman is enthusiasm. However, should be notify that if a group of salesmen gathered, with or without the presence of management, the situation of dissatisfaction and complaints are always slant so that companies often feel doesn’t need to held sales marketing precisely because it is feared can create criticism and new trouble. Such symptoms in the art of selling with the Consultative selling of course must be avoided.
Working Plan

If the purpose of performance assessment is planning for future performance, it is not possible discussions will fail to arrange working plan.
